The primary purpose of the meet and greet is to get to know the new HOA leadership team as well as get to know other members of the Brooksedge community. This is not an official business meeting, and as such there is no set agenda or voting.

The primary purpose of townhalls is to discuss any issues of concern.
These are not official business meetings, and as such there is no set agenda or voting.

The primary purpose of townhalls is to discuss any issues of concern. These are not official business meetings, and as such there is no set agenda or voting.

Please abide by the following rules in regard to hosting a garage sale:

One (1) sign is permitted at the site of the garage sale
Two (2) off premise signs are permitted, but cannot be in the right-of-way and permission from the property owner is necessary to place a sign on private property
All signs must be removed within 12 hours after the closing of the garage sale
Signs cannot be attached to utility or street sign poles
Balloons, flags or streamers cannot be attached to garage sale signs

Brooksedge Community Garage Sale Weekend Schedule (2025)

The City of Pataskala hosts yearly community garage sales where no permits are required. Please feel free to use this as an opportunity to purge your homes of certain things you'd like to sell.
